The driving force behind online car buying and selling! With a turbocharged team spread across the nation, Carvana was inspired to elevate its employee health benefits options to chose from. But how do you rev up excitement and understanding for various medical plans? Here's where our trusty marketing pit crew jumped in with their creativity engines running!
Carvana wanted to ensure that its employees didn't feel like they were navigating a labyrinth. The challenge? Convey a mountain of benefits information in a way that's more 'zoom zoom' than 'yawn yawn'. The video aimed to simplify the health benefit options, engage employees through visual storytelling, and make the subject matter approachable.
IVC Creative started by creating four different main characters, who fulfill the function of explaining the plans, together with secondary characters carefully chosen to represent the Carvana community. With a fully illustrated story board we then proceeded to create an animated video, that explained how their stories aligned with the best health care benefits options for them.
IVC Media has been able to take complex water policy issues and distill them into fun, educational, and effective animated videos.
